Still a good stay and we would return in the future.Harrah’s Cherokee Casino Resort. Had to walk through parts of it to get where we needed to go. The casino itself, to me, can get pretty smokey. My husband was gone most of the time with me in the room and I didn't want any trouble with the people next door if I complained. We put a towel along the bottom of the door to try to block out the smoke. They were clearly smoking in a non smoking room as the smoke came under and around the door ajoining the room. The one thing I wished we would have said something about was the room next door. It was still a nice room and over all good stay. Either way it wasn't a big enough deal for us to say anything to management and they were very busy. Not sure if they didn't vaccum or vacuumed real fast because we were waiting.

Only small issue was hair on the carpet and floors and the throw they put on the bed. The room overall was clean with a nice view of the creek. We appreciated that and the front desk staff were great and very accommodating. They didn't have a room in the newer section right away but got one cleaned for us. So not the best place for me to go on our business trip but is what it is. We requested a non smoking room in the newer part of the hotel.
